Liberty Travel - Price Beat Guarantee Policy - $50 Voucher
If you have presented a quote that is less than the quote Liberty has provided to you and Liberty has verified the quote, we will beat the price by $10 for an adult or $5 for a child (the Price Beat Guarantee), then in addition Liberty will offer a $50 Voucher to be used within 12 months of issue for future travel on air/land packages contracted to Liberty Travel only (the Voucher).

What prices will Liberty Travel beat?
Liberty Travel will beat any domestic and international airfare, land and cruise genuine written quote that can be booked from North American IATA/ARC registered businesses such as:

The Price Beat Guarantee does not include rates offered on membership programs, corporate discounts or rates, group charter or rewards programs. Promotional packages, deals or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals or entertainment are not eligible.

The Price Beat Guarantee and Voucher are only available prior to purchasing an airfare, land or cruise from Liberty. Following the purchase (making a booking and/or payment of a deposit) you are not entitled to the Price Beat Guarantee and Voucher if a cheaper quote is presented following the booking or travel departure.

The Price Beat Guarantee applies to car rentals only purchased through packages.

The Price Beat Guarantee only applies to base cost and not taxes and fees for cruise line and tour operators. In addition the lower quoted airfare may not include web site service, booking, processing, shipping, paper-ticket or other fees not collected on the airline ticket.

Will Liberty Travel accept a verbal quote?
Yes. Your Liberty Travel specialist may request that you bring the quote in writing; however if your specialist is able to verify the verbal quote, he or she will try to beat it at minimum inconvenience to you. The quote is subject to verification by Liberty.

How much will Liberty Travel beat other quotes by?
We will beat our competitors' quotes by $10 per adult and $5 per child. Savings like that can really add up. That means a family of four can save $30!

What does "available" mean?
Available means that the other agent's or operator's quote is current, genuine and available to be booked at the time you present it to us. The Price Beat Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example specific carrier or provider, ship and cabin category and the exact same dates and times of travel or service and must be available to the general public in the USA. Fares must be compared with like fare restrictions. The Price Beat Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the carrier, property or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.

Will Liberty Travel beat quotes from foreign websites or quotes for travel that originates outside the US?
No, our Price Beat Guarantee applies to US registered businesses and websites only. It also applies only to travel that originates in the US. The rate must be quoted in US Dollars.

Changes to the Price Beat Guarantee?
Liberty reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Beat Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be advertised on the Liberty web page. No change will affect any Voucher that has already been issued to you.

Liberty will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Price Beat Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Liberty or the hotel, airline or cruise company or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to in any rates backed by the Price Beat Guarantee.

Voucher terms and conditions
This Voucher has been supplied as part of the Price Beat Guarantee and has been issued upon the confirmation of the travel and the payment of a deposit the subject of the Price Beat Guarantee. The Price Beat Guarantee and Voucher are only available prior to purchasing an air/ land package or cruise from Liberty.

There is a limit of one Voucher per entire booking to cover all ticketed travelers and three Vouchers per customer per calendar month. Each Voucher is valid for one year from date of issuance on future purchases of air/land packages contracted to Liberty Travel only.

The Voucher does not apply to the current price beat booking and can only be redeemed on future travel once the current Price Beat Guarantee booking is paid in full and travel competed.

To redeem the Voucher on a new purchase, the new purchase must equal or exceed the total amount of the Voucher.
A maximum of one Voucher per new purchase.

Extensions to the validity date will not be permitted and the Voucher will not be replaced or reissued for any reason.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable or assignable and may not be purchased or auctioned and any attempt to do so will result in voiding of the Voucher. The Voucher has no cash value.

If you use the Voucher to purchase a refundable ticket and you later refund the ticket, the Voucher issued and redeemed will become void and invalid. You will not receive the dollar amount upon refunding the ticket.
